Mrs Folake Olaleye BN, MAOL

The Chief Nursing Officer Mrs Folakemi Olaleye obtained her General Nursing and Midwifery training from the Abeokuta School of Nursing in 1984 and 1989 respectively. She underwent postgraduate training in the USA and obtained her BSN degree from Lewis University Romeoville USA. She underwent further  training at the same university where she bagged Masters of Arts in Healthcare Organization Leadership(MAOL). She worked as a critical care nurse specialist and was charge Nurse of the Transitional Intensive Care unit of the Advocate Trinity Hospital Chicago USA between 1997 and 2005. She was subsequently appointed as the Clinical Manager for Cardiology and Medical Specialties for Advocate Hospitals network from 2005 until July 2011, when she relocated to Nigeria to join First Cardiology Consultants. Her experience as a clinical manager includes training nurses and other ancillary staff.  She manages a team of over 30 nurses and technicians.
